# Supplied passages, version 5

The 108 passages supplied for version 5, transcribed exactly as received and
kept here unaltered. This file is the authority for wording: where the
catalog and this file disagree, this file is right.

Four were excluded from publication because another entry already taught the
same lesson. They are retained below with the rest, and the reason is noted
against each:

- `EJ00` - Repeats CT00. Both report that a newly promoted target is serving, that its checks passed, that the former one is still present, and that going back is a separate deliberate act. CT00 tells it with the fuller particulars.
- `FF00` - Repeats DS00. Both concern a lossy image conversion and carry the same caution to inspect fine detail against the original. DS00 states the sizes, the preserved dimensions and where the originals remain.
- `FE00` - Repeats GE00. Both are machine-proposed text offered for approval, both name what the proposal did not touch, and both separate approval from publication. GE00 carries the stronger caution about checking claims.
- `GK00` - Repeats the published ext002 deprecation notice: a format withdrawn on a stated date, a named replacement, and existing items unaffected until then.

### CO00 - Success: an export is ready

> With pleasure, your records are now assembled and ready to travel.
>
> The export contains 2,418 orders placed between 1 June and 30 June, including their line items and shipping addresses. Payment credentials are excluded. The file is named `orders-june.csv` and occupies 3.8 MB.
>
> All selected records were exported successfully. Dates use `YYYY-MM-DD`, and monetary values retain their original currency codes.
>
> Please select **Download export** to retrieve the file. This download remains available until `<expires_at>`; after that, you can generate another export from the same filters.

### CP00 - Success: a backup has been restored and checked

> The archive has returned your work to its former address, and we have checked that it arrived intact.
>
> Backup `BK-1842`, created at `<backup_time>`, was restored into the new folder `Recovered project`. All 326 files passed checksum verification against the backup manifest.
>
> Your current project folder was not replaced. Files created after the backup time are therefore still available in the current folder, but are not part of the restored copy.
>
> Please open **Recovered project** to review the restored files. You can then copy selected files into your current project or continue working from the restored version.

### CQ00 - Success: a configuration change is active

> The new arrangements are in effect.
>
> Workspace `Editorial` now retains completed job logs for 90 days instead of 30. The setting was saved at `<saved_at>` and applies to existing logs that have not already expired, as well as future logs.
>
> Logs previously deleted under the old policy cannot be recovered by extending the retention period.
>
> No further action is required. If you would like to inspect or revise the arrangement, open **Settings > Data retention**. This change is recorded in the audit log under reference `CFG-7291`.

### CR00 - Success: a document has been signed by everyone

> The formalities are complete, and the signed document is ready for your records.
>
> All three required signatories have signed `Services Agreement - Revision 4`. The final signature was recorded at `<signed_at>`. The completed document and its signature audit trail are now available together.
>
> This signed revision is locked against further editing. Any subsequent amendment will require a new document or the amendment workflow.
>
> Please select **Download signed copy** to keep a local record. You can also open **View audit trail** to inspect the signing events and verification details.

### CS00 - Success: reconciliation found no discrepancy

> The accounts agree, which leaves us with the pleasant duty of reporting that nothing requires correction.
>
> Reconciliation compared 184 invoice records with 184 settlement records for `<period>`. Every invoice matched a settlement by reference, currency and amount. No unmatched records or duplicate settlement references were found.
>
> This result covers the selected period and the data received through `<data_cutoff>`. Later adjustments will appear in the next reconciliation.
>
> You may download the reconciliation report for your records. Otherwise, no action is required for this run.

### CT00 - Success: a deployment is verified

> The new version has taken up its duties and passed its opening inspection.
>
> Version `2.8.1` is running on all five production instances. Each instance passed the configured health checks, and the deployment completed at `<completed_at>`.
>
> The previous version, `2.8.0`, remains available as a rollback target until `<rollback_expiry>`. No rollback has been initiated.
>
> Please open **Release report** to review the instance results and monitoring links. If you are preparing the next release, this deployment no longer holds the production deployment lock.

### CU00 - Confirmation: publishing a draft

> Your draft is ready to make its public appearance. May we proceed with the version described below?
>
> Publishing will replace the current homepage with draft `Homepage - Revision 12`. Its new headline, pricing table and three illustrations will become visible to all visitors.
>
> The current homepage will remain available in version history. Publishing this page will not publish the separate drafts for the About or Contact pages.
>
> Please select **Publish revision 12** to continue, or **Keep as draft** to leave the public page unchanged.

### CV00 - Confirmation: granting access

> Before we extend the invitation, a brief account of the privileges would be in order.
>
> You are about to invite `<email_address>` to workspace `Research` as an **Editor**. This role can view, create, modify and delete documents in that workspace. It cannot manage billing or change workspace membership.
>
> Access will begin when the invitation is accepted and will continue until a workspace administrator removes it.
>
> Please select **Invite as Editor** to send the invitation. If the person only needs to read the documents, choose **Change role** and select Viewer instead.

### CW00 - Confirmation: replacing a file

> There is already a document at this address. Shall the new arrival take its place?
>
> Uploading `forecast.xlsx` will replace the current file with the same name in `Finance / Planning`. The current file is 820 KB and was last modified at `<modified_at>`. The replacement is 940 KB.
>
> The existing file will be retained in version history for 30 days. Links to the file will open the replacement after the upload completes.
>
> Please choose **Replace existing file**, **Upload with another name**, or **Cancel upload**.

### CX00 - Confirmation: merging duplicate contacts

> These two records appear to describe the same person, but their details are not entirely in agreement. Your instruction would settle the matter.
>
> Both records use `<email_address>`. One lists the organisation as `North Studio`; the other lists it as `North Studio Ltd`. Their telephone numbers also differ.
>
> A merge will combine their activity histories and retain one contact record. The organisation and telephone values selected in the comparison will become the retained values.
>
> Please review those selections, then choose **Merge contacts**. Choose **Keep separate** if the records should remain independent.

### CY00 - Confirmation: scheduling recurring work

> We can attend to this regularly, once the timetable meets with your approval.
>
> The report `Weekly service summary` will run every Monday at 09:00 in `Europe/London`. Its first scheduled run is `<first_run_at>`. The schedule follows local time, so its UTC execution time will change when the local clock changes.
>
> Each run will save a PDF to `Reports / Weekly` and email a download link to the four recipients listed below.
>
> Please select **Create weekly schedule** to activate it, or **Edit schedule** to revise the time, destination or recipients. You can pause future runs from Scheduled reports.

### CZ00 - Confirmation: choosing the scope of an edit

> This appointment belongs to a recurring series. How widely would you like the amendment to apply?
>
> You have moved the selected appointment from 10:00 to 11:30 on `<selected_date>`. The series contains eight later appointments.
>
> **This appointment only** changes the selected occurrence. **This and following appointments** changes the selected occurrence and those eight later appointments to 11:30. Earlier appointments remain unchanged.
>
> Please choose the intended scope, then select **Save time change**. Invitations will be updated only for the appointments included in your choice.

### DA00 - Information: a background job is progressing

> The work is proceeding, and it does not require you to stand beside the machinery.
>
> Job `INDEX-482` has indexed 18,600 of 24,000 documents. It is currently processing the `Contracts` collection. Search remains available, although documents not yet indexed will not appear in results.
>
> The job runs independently of this browser page. You may close the page and return to **Activity > Indexing** to inspect its progress.
>
> No completion estimate is available yet. If you need to stop the work, select **Pause after current document**; completed indexing will be retained.

### DB00 - Information: planned maintenance changes what is available

> A little advance notice, so that the interruption need not arrive unannounced.
>
> Workspace storage will undergo maintenance from 02:00 to 02:20 UTC on `<maintenance_date>`. During that interval, existing documents will remain readable, but uploads, edits and deletions will be unavailable.
>
> Please save any open edits before 02:00 UTC. Changes left only in an editor will not be submitted automatically when maintenance begins.
>
> You can follow the maintenance state at `<status_location>`. Once write access is restored, the workspace will display a notice inviting you to resume editing.

### DC00 - Information: showing a partial view while loading continues

> The first results are ready for your inspection; the remainder are still making their way through the catalogue.
>
> The search has returned 250 matching records so far. Three of the five collections have finished searching. The displayed count is provisional and may increase.
>
> You may open any result already shown. Sorting and filtering currently apply only to the results received so far.
>
> Please wait for **Search complete** before treating this as the full result set. If you select **Stop search**, the available results will remain visible and will be labelled as partial.

### DD00 - Information: a document is temporarily reserved for another editor

> The document is presently in another editor's care. You are welcome to read it while their editing session remains active.
>
> `<editor_name>` holds the editing lock for `Release notes`. Their most recent saved revision is available in the reader. Unsaved changes from their session are not visible here.
>
> The lock is renewed while their session is active. Its current expiry is `<lock_expires_at>`, but that time may move forward if they continue editing.
>
> Please choose **Open read-only** to inspect the saved document, or **Request editing access** to ask them to release the lock.

### DE00 - Information: a temporary artifact is approaching expiry

> This file is nearing the end of its appointed stay. A copy may be worth taking before it departs.
>
> Export `EXP-9041` is scheduled for deletion at `<expires_at>`, under the seven-day export retention policy. Deleting the export will remove this downloadable file, not the source records from which it was generated.
>
> Please select **Download export** if you need to retain this exact snapshot.
>
> You can generate a new export later, but its contents may differ if the source records have changed. This temporary file's retention period cannot be extended.

### DF00 - Information: a change is saved but will take effect later

> Your instruction has been recorded. Its effect is scheduled for the next suitable stopping point.
>
> The worker's concurrency limit has been changed from 8 to 4. Eight tasks are currently running, and those tasks will be allowed to finish. The worker will not start another task until fewer than four remain active.
>
> This avoids interrupting work already in progress. Queued tasks remain queued.
>
> No further action is required. Please open **Worker activity** to see the active count fall toward the new limit, or return to **Worker settings** if you wish to revise it.

### DG00 - Success: an account is ready

> Your introduction has been received, your address verified, and your place in the establishment prepared.
>
> Account `<account_name>` is now active with `<email_address>` as its verified sign-in address. Your personal workspace has been created with the default private visibility setting.
>
> You may proceed directly to **Open workspace**. If colleagues will be joining you, **Invite members** lets you choose their roles before any invitation is sent.

### DH00 - Success: an additional sign-in method is registered

> The gatekeeper now recognises your additional credentials.
>
> Security key `Office key` was registered to your account at `<registered_at>`. You can use it at the security-key step during future sign-ins. Your existing authentication methods remain available.
>
> Please give the key a recognisable name if you keep more than one. You can review or remove registered keys under **Account > Sign-in methods**; removing one does not remove the others.

### DI00 - Success: a replacement API credential is ready

> The successor is ready for duty; the incumbent has not yet been asked to retire.
>
> A replacement API key ending `7C92` has been created with the same permissions as the current key. Both keys are active during this handover.
>
> Please copy the new secret now, update the applications that use it, and verify their connections. When the handover is complete, select **Revoke previous key**. The new secret will not be displayed again after you leave this page.

### DJ00 - Success: a device has been paired

> The introductions have gone well. Your workstation and printer are now acquainted.
>
> Printer `Studio West` has been paired with this workstation, and the printer reports that the connection test completed successfully. Its configured paper size is A4; colour printing and duplex printing are available.
>
> Please select **Print test page** if you would like to inspect the physical output. To use this printer automatically for future jobs, choose **Set as default printer**.

### DK00 - Success: changes have been committed locally

> Your amendments have been entered into the record, with their history attached.
>
> Commit `8c41e2b` contains changes to six files on branch `invoice-layout`. The commit message is `Adjust invoice spacing`, and the working tree is now clean.
>
> This commit exists in your local repository. It has not been sent to the remote.
>
> Please select **Review commit** to inspect the recorded changes, or **Push branch** when you are ready to share them.

### DL00 - Success: a merge is complete

> The two accounts of the work have been reconciled, and neither has been deprived of its history.
>
> Branch `feature/search` was merged into `develop` as commit `b19d640`. The three conflicts were resolved using the choices shown in the merge review. Both branches' earlier commits remain in the history.
>
> Please run the project's verification checks before pushing the merge. **View merge diff** shows the combined result, including the conflict resolutions.

### DM00 - Success: dependencies were installed reproducibly

> The requested company has arrived, and each package is present in the version named on the guest list.
>
> Installation completed using the existing lockfile. All 143 package versions match its recorded selections, and the lockfile was not changed.
>
> This confirms installation consistency, not that every dependency is free of defects.
>
> You may now run **Start development server** or the project's test command. The installation log is available under reference `INSTALL-681`.

### DN00 - Success: a build artifact is ready

> The workshop has completed its commission and placed the result on the dispatch table.
>
> Build `BUILD-2084` produced `desktop-app-3.2.0.zip`, using source commit `<commit_id>` and the production configuration. Compilation and the configured build checks passed.
>
> The artifact's SHA-256 checksum is available beside the download. It has not been published to the release channel.
>
> Please select **Download artifact** for inspection or **Prepare release** to begin the publication workflow.

### DO00 - Success: a database migration completed

> The records have been accommodated in their new arrangement.
>
> Migration `2026_09_add_order_reference` completed against database `staging-orders`. The new column and index are present, and validation confirmed that all 84,210 existing rows remain accounted for.
>
> The migration transaction committed at `<committed_at>`. The production database was not part of this operation.
>
> Please review the migration report and run the application checks against staging before scheduling the production change.

### DP00 - Success: a redacted copy is prepared

> A more discreet edition is ready for circulation.
>
> The selected redaction rules removed email addresses and telephone numbers from 240 records in the exported copy. The source dataset remains unchanged. A redaction report lists the fields affected and the number of replacements.
>
> Names and free-text notes were outside the selected rules and remain in the export.
>
> Please review those remaining fields before sharing the file, or choose **Adjust redaction rules** to prepare another copy.

### DQ00 - Success: scanned pages are searchable

> The pages have acquired a searchable voice, while retaining their original appearance.
>
> Text recognition completed for all 86 pages of `Archive volume 3.pdf`. A text layer has been added to a new file, `Archive volume 3 - searchable.pdf`; the original scan remains unchanged.
>
> Twelve passages were marked as uncertain because the source print was faint.
>
> Please open **Review uncertain text** to inspect those passages before relying on copied quotations or search results.

### DR00 - Success: document navigation has been improved

> The document is now rather more considerate of those who travel through it by heading.
>
> All 34 recognised section titles have been assigned heading levels, and a navigable contents panel has been generated. The reading order was updated to follow the document's main text.
>
> Image descriptions have not been written automatically, and this operation does not establish complete accessibility.
>
> Please open **Review structure** to inspect the heading hierarchy, then add descriptions for the seven images listed under **Remaining work**.

### DS00 - Success: images have been optimised

> The illustrations have agreed to travel with lighter luggage.
>
> Twenty-four images were converted to the selected delivery format, reducing their combined size from 18.6 MB to 5.1 MB. Pixel dimensions were preserved. The conversion uses lossy compression, so some fine detail may differ.
>
> Original files remain in `Images / Originals`.
>
> Please inspect **Before and after** at full size, particularly for diagrams and small lettering, before replacing the images on the published page.

### DT00 - Success: subtitles have been attached

> The spoken proceedings now have a written companion.
>
> Subtitle track `English - reviewed` has been attached to `Product tour.mp4`. It contains 184 captions and is available through the player's captions control. The video's audio and picture were not re-encoded.
>
> Please preview the opening, a middle passage and the final caption to confirm timing in the player. Choose **Make default** if this track should be selected automatically when captions are enabled.

### DU00 - Success: translations have been imported

> The interface is now prepared to receive its readers in another language.
>
> The French translation file supplied 612 matching message keys. All 612 were imported into the staging locale. Fourteen keys without translations continue to use the configured English fallback.
>
> The live application has not been updated.
>
> Please open **Locale preview** to inspect layout and context, then review **Missing translations** before publishing the locale.

### DV00 - Success: a package version has been published

> The edition has been published, and its particulars are now a matter of record.
>
> Package `<package_name>` version `4.1.0` is available in registry `<registry_name>`. The published archive matches the checksum shown in the release manifest. Its visibility is restricted to your organisation.
>
> Existing projects will not adopt this version until their dependency selection is updated.
>
> You may copy the installation command or open **Release details** to review the archive, version notes and publication record.

### DW00 - Success: a DNS change has been accepted

> The registry has accepted the amendment. The wider world may require a little time to hear of it.
>
> The authoritative DNS service now stores the requested CNAME for `<host_name>`, pointing to `<target_name>`. The record's TTL is 300 seconds.
>
> Resolvers that cached the previous answer may continue returning it until their cached entry expires.
>
> Please use **Check authoritative answer** to inspect the saved record. Use **Check public resolution** separately to observe what the selected public resolvers currently return.

### DX00 - Success: a certificate has been installed

> The certificate has presented its credentials and been admitted to service.
>
> A certificate covering `<domain_name>` was installed on all three selected endpoints. Each endpoint now presents the new certificate, which expires at `<expires_at>`.
>
> These checks confirm certificate installation and presentation; they do not assess every aspect of the application.
>
> Please open **Certificate details** to inspect the issuer, covered names and renewal configuration. No manual renewal is currently scheduled.

### DY00 - Success: a sign-in integration passed its test

> The two establishments have successfully exchanged introductions.
>
> The test account completed the configured single sign-on flow and returned to this application with the expected organisation identifier and email claim.
>
> Single sign-on remains in test mode. Existing users will continue using the current sign-in options until you enable the integration.
>
> Please inspect **Returned claims** for the expected mapping, then select **Enable for organisation** when you are ready to change the available sign-in methods.

### DZ00 - Success: a webhook endpoint acknowledged a test

> The test correspondence has been delivered and acknowledged.
>
> Endpoint `<endpoint_url>` returned HTTP 204 for test event `TEST-903`. The response arrived in 184 milliseconds, within the configured ten-second limit.
>
> This confirms that the endpoint accepted the test request. It does not confirm that any later processing inside the receiving application completed.
>
> Please inspect the receiving application's logs for event `TEST-903`. If the result is satisfactory, you may enable delivery of live events.

### EA00 - Success: offline changes have synchronised

> The work completed in your absence from the network has now joined the shared record.
>
> All 17 queued edits were accepted by the server, and this device has received the current revisions for the affected documents. No conflicting edits were reported during this synchronisation.
>
> The local queue is empty as of `<synced_at>`.
>
> You may continue working normally. **View sync receipt** lists the document revisions acknowledged by the server if you need to verify a particular edit.

### EB00 - Success: an accessibility preference has been saved

> Your preference has been noted, and the interface has adjusted its conduct accordingly.
>
> Reduced motion is now enabled for your account. Decorative transitions are disabled, and animated progress indicators use a static alternative where available.
>
> Video playback remains under its own controls; this setting does not pause videos automatically.
>
> No further action is needed. You can revise the preference under **Appearance > Motion**, and it will apply on your other devices after they load your updated account settings.

### EC00 - Success: duplicate storage has been consolidated

> The storeroom is tidier, without requiring any of your files to surrender their names.
>
> Storage optimisation identified 86 groups of byte-identical content and consolidated their underlying storage, reclaiming 2.4 GB. Every logical file, folder location and access permission remains represented separately.
>
> Files that merely looked similar were not combined.
>
> Please open **Optimisation report** for the matched checksums and reclaimed space. You can continue using existing file links without updating them.

### ED00 - Success: an audit evidence bundle has been prepared

> The supporting papers have been gathered in an orderly and inspectable form.
>
> Evidence bundle `AUDIT-612` contains the selected configuration snapshots, 28 approval records and 1,420 audit events from `<start_at>` through `<end_at>`. A manifest records each included file and its checksum.
>
> The bundle reflects the selected sources and time range; it does not certify that every relevant source was selected.
>
> Please review the manifest, then download the bundle for your assessment.

### EE00 - Success: a printer reports a completed job

> The printer reports that its part in the proceedings is complete.
>
> Job `PRINT-284` finished on `Reception East`: 12 pages, six sheets, double-sided, with one copy requested. The printer reported no remaining pages for this job.
>
> Please collect the pages from the output tray and inspect their physical quality. The completion report confirms the printer's job status, not that every printed mark is satisfactory.
>
> **Reprint selected pages** is available if a particular sheet needs another attempt.

### EF00 - Success: an archive has been extracted

> The parcel has been opened and its contents placed in the appointed rooms.
>
> Archive `design-assets.zip` was extracted into `Design / Imported assets`. All 148 listed files were written successfully. The extraction report records their relative paths and sizes.
>
> No file from the archive was executed. Existing files were preserved by using the new destination folder.
>
> Please select **Open extracted folder** to inspect the contents, or **View manifest** to compare them with the archive listing.

### EG00 - Success: a named checkpoint is available

> Your present arrangement has been preserved, should you wish to return to it after further experiments.
>
> Checkpoint `Before navigation redesign` contains the current project files and configuration as of `<checkpoint_at>`. It does not include external database contents or secrets stored outside the project.
>
> You may now continue editing.
>
> To recover this state later, open **Checkpoints** and choose **Restore into new branch**. That option lets you inspect the checkpoint before replacing any current work.

### EH00 - Success: an invoice payment is confirmed

> With thanks, the payment has been received and matched to its intended invoice.
>
> The payment provider confirmed USD 240.00 for invoice `INV-1048` at `<confirmed_at>`. The invoice balance is now USD 0.00, and receipt `RCPT-8821` is available.
>
> This confirmation concerns that invoice only.
>
> Please select **Download receipt** if you need a copy for your records. You can inspect the payment reference and invoice allocation under **Payment details**.

### EI00 - Success: a meeting room is reserved

> A room has been secured for the occasion.
>
> `Cedar Room` is reserved on `<meeting_date>` from 14:00 to 15:00 in `<time_zone>`, under booking `ROOM-418`. The room provides seating for eight and a display connection.
>
> The room reservation is confirmed. Invitations to the six attendees have been sent, but their attendance remains subject to their replies.
>
> Please open **Booking details** to add arrival instructions or amend the reservation.

### EJ00 - Success: a replacement service is carrying traffic

*Not published: Repeats CT00. Both report that a newly promoted target is serving, that its checks passed, that the former one is still present, and that going back is a separate deliberate act. CT00 tells it with the fuller particulars.*

> The reserve service has assumed its duties, and the handover checks are complete.
>
> Traffic for `<service_name>` now routes to instance group `secondary-west`. All four instances passed the configured readiness checks, and a test request completed through the new route.
>
> The former group remains excluded from routing.
>
> Please review **Handover report** for the switch time and checks performed. Returning traffic to the former group requires a separate routing change after its readiness has been established.

### EK00 - Confirmation: clearing a rebuildable cache

> May the workshop put away the materials it can readily prepare again?
>
> Clearing the build cache will remove 3.2 GB of generated intermediate files for this project. Source files, configuration and published artifacts are outside the selected cache.
>
> The next build will regenerate the required intermediates and may take longer than a cached build.
>
> Please choose **Clear build cache** to reclaim the space, or **Keep cache** if you would prefer the faster next build.

### EL00 - Confirmation: connecting an integration

> Before we introduce this application to your workspace, its requested privileges deserve a proper reading.
>
> `<integration_name>` requests permission to read project names, read task details and create tasks in `Operations`. It does not request access to billing or workspace membership.
>
> The connection remains authorised until revoked from Integrations.
>
> Please select **Connect with these permissions** to continue, or **Cancel** to leave the applications unconnected. The full permission descriptions are available under **Review access**.

### EM00 - Confirmation: sending a prepared announcement

> The correspondence is prepared. Shall it now leave the desk?
>
> This announcement will be sent to the 84 recipients in the reviewed audience, with subject `Service hours for October` and attachment `hours.pdf`. Replies will be directed to `<reply_to_address>`.
>
> Sending cannot be undone through this application.
>
> Please open **Final preview** if you wish to inspect the content once more, then choose **Send to 84 recipients**. **Save draft** keeps it for later without sending.

### EN00 - Confirmation: enabling an external sharing link

> Shall we make this document available beyond the present circle?
>
> The proposed link allows anyone who possesses it to read `Project overview`. A workspace account will not be required. The link expires at `<expires_at>` and does not grant editing permission.
>
> People may still retain copies of information they can read.
>
> Please choose **Create external link** to enable this access, or **Share with named people** if you would prefer access tied to specific accounts.

### EO00 - Confirmation: making a repository public

> This change opens the doors considerably wider. Your explicit approval is requested.
>
> Repository `sample-toolkit` will become publicly readable, including its committed files and history. Removing a secret from the latest revision does not remove it from earlier commits.
>
> No visibility change has been applied.
>
> Please review the repository and its history before selecting **Make repository public**. Choose **Keep private** to retain the current access restrictions.

### EP00 - Confirmation: changing a subscription plan

> The proposed arrangement is more modest; a few privileges would retire with it.
>
> Changing from Team to Individual will take effect at the start of the next billing period, `<effective_at>`. The account will then permit one member and 10 GB of storage.
>
> Your workspace currently has four members and uses 7 GB. The owner will retain access; the other three members will lose workspace access when the change takes effect.
>
> Please select **Schedule plan change** or **Keep current plan**.

### EQ00 - Confirmation: deleting old backup snapshots

> These copies have completed their ordinary term of service. May they be retired?
>
> The selection contains 12 backup snapshots dated before `<cutoff_date>`, occupying 46 GB. Deletion will remove those recovery points permanently. Newer snapshots and the live database are not selected.
>
> Please inspect **Selected snapshots** before proceeding.
>
> To confirm the exact selection, type `delete 12 backup snapshots`, then choose **Delete selected snapshots**. Cancelling this request leaves the snapshots available.

### ER00 - Confirmation: closing an account

> Before we close the account, may we set out what will conclude with it?
>
> Closing `<account_name>` will end its active sessions and prevent future sign-in. Its private workspace will enter the stated 30-day recovery period, after which deletion is scheduled.
>
> Shared work owned by other accounts will remain with its owners. Account closure will not recall files already downloaded elsewhere.
>
> Please export anything you need, then choose **Close account**. **Keep account open** dismisses this request.

### ES00 - Confirmation: transferring ownership

> The responsibilities are ready to pass to another pair of hands, subject to your approval.
>
> Ownership of project `Atlas` will transfer from your account to `<new_owner>`. The new owner will be able to manage access and delete the project. Your role will become Editor.
>
> The project's files and current links will remain in place.
>
> Please choose **Transfer ownership to `<new_owner>`** to proceed, or **Cancel transfer** to retain the present ownership.

### ET00 - Confirmation: granting temporary support access

> May our support colleague have a limited audience with this workspace?
>
> Approving request `SUPPORT-582` grants `<support_agent>` read-only access to the selected diagnostic views until `<expires_at>`. Document contents and secret values are excluded from these views.
>
> Access events will be recorded in the workspace audit log, and you may revoke the grant before it expires.
>
> Please select **Grant temporary access** or **Decline request**. The support case remains open whichever option you choose.

### EU00 - Confirmation: renaming a public API field

> The new name is ready, though existing correspondents may still address the field by its old one.
>
> This schema change replaces `customer_name` with `display_name` in API version `<version>`. Clients expecting the old field will need an update unless a compatibility mapping is enabled.
>
> Please choose **Rename with compatibility mapping** to retain the old response field temporarily, or **Rename without mapping** if all affected clients are ready. Review the generated schema diff before confirming either option.

### EV00 - Confirmation: moving data to another region

> Shall the collection take up residence in the new region?
>
> Dataset `Analytics archive` will move from `<source_region>` to `<destination_region>`. The transfer covers 180 GB. Writes will be paused during the final synchronisation step; reads will continue from the existing region until the switch.
>
> Estimated transfer charges are shown in the review and are not a final invoice.
>
> Please choose **Schedule region move** to select a maintenance window, or **Keep current region**.

### EW00 - Confirmation: changing a schedule's timezone

> A change of timezone gives the timetable two respectable interpretations. Which would you prefer?
>
> Schedule `Morning digest` currently runs at 09:00 in `<old_zone>`. You have selected `<new_zone>`.
>
> **Keep local time** schedules future runs for 09:00 in the new zone. **Keep next execution instant** preserves the next UTC execution time and adjusts the displayed local time accordingly.
>
> Please review the next three runs shown for your choice, then select **Save timezone change**.

### EX00 - Confirmation: enabling a notification digest

> We can collect the day's correspondence into a single delivery, if that would suit you.
>
> The proposed digest arrives at 17:00 in `<time_zone>` and includes task assignments, mentions and completed reviews. These categories will no longer produce individual email notifications.
>
> Security notices and direct invitation emails remain immediate.
>
> Please select **Enable daily digest** to apply this arrangement, or **Keep individual emails**. You can revise the included categories under Notification preferences.

### EY00 - Confirmation: optional diagnostic sharing

> Would you be willing to furnish a little diagnostic assistance? The choice is entirely yours.
>
> Enabling diagnostic sharing sends application version, device type, feature usage counts and crash reports to `<recipient>`. Document contents are excluded from this collection.
>
> The application remains usable if you decline. You can change the setting later under Privacy.
>
> Please choose **Share diagnostics** or **Continue without sharing**. **View data example** shows the structure of a representative diagnostic report.

### EZ00 - Confirmation: choosing how an imported file is interpreted

> The file has arrived; its conventions would benefit from an introduction.
>
> The preview currently treats semicolons as column separators and commas as decimal separators. Under those settings, the first row becomes six columns, and `12,50` is read as the number 12.5.
>
> Please inspect the first ten rows before continuing.
>
> Choose **Import with these settings** if the interpretation is correct, or **Adjust format** to change the delimiter, decimal convention or text encoding. No rows have been imported.

### FA00 - Confirmation: applying a reviewed database update

> The proposed amendment has been counted and is ready for your consideration.
>
> The preview matches 230 rows in `staging.customers`. Applying it will change `newsletter_enabled` from `true` to `false` for those rows. No other column is included in the update.
>
> The preview was generated at `<preview_at>`; the target set will be checked again before execution.
>
> Please choose **Update matching rows** to proceed. If the target set changes, a fresh review will be required.

### FB00 - Confirmation: replacing text across a project

> This correction is prepared to make several appearances. Shall it be introduced throughout the selected files?
>
> The replacement changes `colourScheme` to `themePalette` in 28 matches across nine files. The search is case-sensitive and limited to `src/`; generated files and dependencies are excluded.
>
> Please inspect **Review replacements**, particularly matches in quoted text and comments.
>
> Choose **Apply 28 replacements** to update the files, or **Return to search** to revise the scope.

### FC00 - Confirmation: restoring an earlier configuration

> The former arrangement is available, should you wish to reinstate it.
>
> Restoring configuration revision 7 will replace the current revision 10 settings for routing, timeouts and worker limits. It will not restore application data or revert deployed code.
>
> The current configuration will remain in version history.
>
> Please review **Settings that will change**, then choose **Restore revision 7**. The service will apply the restored settings using its normal reload procedure.

### FD00 - Confirmation: releasing a reservation

> May this reservation be returned to the available places?
>
> Releasing booking `DESK-224` will make desk `B-14` available to others for `<date>`. Your separate parking reservation is not included.
>
> Once released, the desk may be booked by someone else; selecting it again later does not guarantee availability.
>
> Please choose **Release desk reservation** to proceed, or **Keep reservation** if your plans are not yet settled.

### FE00 - Confirmation: accepting editorial changes

*Not published: Repeats GE00. Both are machine-proposed text offered for approval, both name what the proposal did not touch, and both separate approval from publication. GE00 carries the stronger caution about checking claims.*

> The editor offers these amendments for your approval, rather than taking liberties with the published text.
>
> The proposal changes the headline, shortens two paragraphs and replaces the closing sentence. It does not alter the dates, prices or contact details identified in the comparison.
>
> Please review the highlighted changes in context.
>
> Choose **Accept all proposed edits** to apply them to the draft, or approve individual changes in the comparison. Publication remains a separate action.

### FF00 - Confirmation: using a compressed image

*Not published: Repeats DS00. Both concern a lossy image conversion and carry the same caution to inspect fine detail against the original. DS00 states the sizes, the preserved dimensions and where the originals remain.*

> The smaller edition is prepared. May it stand in for the original?
>
> The optimised image is 420 KB instead of 2.8 MB and retains the same 2400 by 1600 pixel dimensions. Compression is lossy; the enlarged comparison may reveal changes around fine detail.
>
> The original will remain in version history if you replace the file.
>
> Please choose **Use optimised image**, **Keep original**, or **Adjust quality** after inspecting the comparison.

### FG00 - Confirmation: adding paid seats

> We can make room for the additional members, once the revised charge has your approval.
>
> Adding three seats increases the workspace from 9 to 12 seats. The quoted charge for the remainder of the current billing period is `<prorated_total>`, including the taxes shown in the breakdown.
>
> The next full-period charge will be `<renewal_total>`.
>
> Please select **Add three seats for `<prorated_total>`** to confirm, or **Review seat count** to revise the request.

### FH00 - Confirmation: handing a file to another application

> This part of the work belongs to another application. May we make the introduction?
>
> Continuing will open `layout.svg` in `<application_name>` on this device. That application will receive the file path and may modify the file if you save changes there.
>
> The current preview will remain open.
>
> Please choose **Open in `<application_name>`** to continue, or **Stay in preview**. You can also select **Open a copy** to preserve the current file while experimenting.

### FI00 - Confirmation: importing from a connected account

> May we bring the selected material into this workspace?
>
> The import will copy 36 documents from `<source_account>` into `Research / Imported`. The source documents will remain in their present location. Later edits will not synchronise automatically between the copies.
>
> The imported copies will inherit the destination folder's access permissions.
>
> Please review the destination membership, then select **Import 36 documents** or **Choose another folder**.

### FJ00 - Confirmation: starting a resource-intensive task

> The calculation is ready to begin, though it will occupy rather more of the household than an ordinary request.
>
> This run may use up to eight CPU cores and 12 GB of memory. Other work on this machine may respond more slowly while it runs. The current estimate is 25 to 40 minutes.
>
> Please choose **Run now**, **Schedule for later**, or **Reduce resource limit**. The estimate will be recalculated if you change the limit.

### FK00 - Confirmation: withdrawing a submitted request

> The request may still be withdrawn before review begins. Would you like us to recall it from the queue?
>
> Submission `REQ-791` is awaiting assignment and has not entered review. Withdrawal will change its status to Withdrawn and notify the review coordinator.
>
> Its submitted contents will remain in the history. A revised request would require a new submission.
>
> Please choose **Withdraw submission** or **Leave in review queue**.

### FL00 - Confirmation: sending a test notification

> A small rehearsal is available, with the usual courtesy of advance notice.
>
> The test will send a push notification to your two registered devices and an email to `<email_address>`. Devices may play their configured notification sound.
>
> No other members will receive the test, and notification preferences will remain unchanged.
>
> Please select **Send test notification** when you are ready, or **Review destinations** if either device or address is unexpected.

### FM00 - Confirmation: replacing recovery codes

> A fresh set can be prepared, provided the previous set is formally retired.
>
> Generating new recovery codes will invalidate all unused codes in the current set. Your password and registered authentication devices will remain unchanged.
>
> The replacement codes will be shown once and will be available for download during that session.
>
> Please choose **Replace recovery codes** when you are ready to store the new set securely, or **Keep current codes** to make no change.

### FN00 - Confirmation: trying an alternative renderer

> A different craftsman is available for this edition, if you would care to inspect the result.
>
> The alternative renderer supports the requested chart format but may produce different line breaks and font spacing. It will create a separate PDF; the existing output will remain available.
>
> Please choose **Render comparison copy** to review both versions side by side.
>
> The comparison copy will not replace the published document unless you explicitly select it for publication.

### FO00 - Information: a dry run has finished

> The rehearsal is concluded. The scenery has been inspected, but nothing has been moved.
>
> The dry run found 48 records that would be updated and three that would be skipped under the selected rules. No database writes were performed.
>
> The preview reflects data as of `<preview_at>`. A later execution will check the target set again.
>
> Please open **Review proposed changes** to inspect the affected fields. **Apply changes** begins a separate confirmation step.

### FP00 - Information: a cache is warming

> The service is preparing the frequently requested material before the next callers arrive.
>
> Cache warm-up has loaded 620 of 1,000 selected pages. Requests remain available during this process; pages not yet cached are rendered through the normal path and may take longer.
>
> Warm-up is scheduled to stop automatically after the selected list is complete.
>
> You may continue using the site. **View warm-up progress** shows the remaining pages without interrupting the task.

### FQ00 - Information: usage is approaching a quota

> The allowance is still sufficient, though the remaining margin deserves a courteous mention.
>
> This workspace has used 82 GB of its 100 GB storage allocation. Uploads remain available. Reaching the limit will prevent new uploads until space is freed or the allocation is increased.
>
> Please open **Storage breakdown** to identify large files and retained versions.
>
> You can review those items at your convenience; this notice has not deleted, compressed or moved anything.

### FR00 - Information: a credential will expire

> One of the service's credentials is approaching the end of its appointment.
>
> API key ending `A640`, used by `Nightly import`, expires at `<expires_at>`. Requests authenticated with it after that time will be rejected.
>
> The key remains active now.
>
> Please create a replacement, update the import's configuration and verify a successful request before the expiry. **View recent usage** can help identify any other applications still using the same key.

### FS00 - Information: a sharing link is expiring

> This invitation has a closing time, even though the document itself has none.
>
> The external link to `Workshop notes` expires at `<expires_at>`. After that time, the link will no longer provide access. The document will remain in your workspace under its existing permissions.
>
> People who already downloaded a copy may retain it.
>
> Please choose **Extend link expiry** if continued access is intended, or let the link expire without further action.

### FT00 - Information: a device update is ready for its final stage

> The new software has been delivered. A brief retirement and return will complete the installation.
>
> Firmware `<version>` has been downloaded and verified on device `<device_name>`. Installation requires a restart, during which the device will be unavailable for approximately three minutes.
>
> The restart has not begun.
>
> Please finish any active work on the device, keep it connected to power, then select **Restart and install**. **Later** leaves the current firmware running.

### FU00 - Information: edits are held locally while offline

> Your amendments are being kept at this desk until the connection permits their delivery.
>
> Five edits are saved locally on this device and have not reached the shared workspace. Other collaborators cannot see them yet.
>
> Keep this application's local data intact until synchronisation completes. Clearing browser storage or using another device will not transfer these pending edits.
>
> Please reconnect when convenient. You can also choose **Download pending changes** to keep a separate copy before leaving this device.

### FV00 - Information: another collaborator is viewing the same material

> You have company in the reading room.
>
> `<collaborator_name>` is viewing `Planning notes`. Their presence does not reserve the document or prevent you from editing it. The cursor marker shows their most recently reported position, which may lag briefly behind their activity.
>
> Your edits will follow the document's normal saving process.
>
> If you would like to draw their attention to a passage, select the text and choose **Add comment** rather than relying on the cursor marker alone.

### FW00 - Information: imported formatting was sanitised

> The text has been admitted; a few active accessories were left at the door.
>
> The pasted content contained three script elements and two embedded forms, which were removed under this editor's content rules. Text, supported formatting and ordinary links were retained.
>
> The changes are shown in **Import review**.
>
> Please inspect the preview before saving, particularly where an embedded form previously appeared. You may add an approved form component through the editor's own controls if one is needed.

### FX00 - Information: a download is undergoing verification

> The parcel has arrived. We are checking its seal before presenting it as ready.
>
> All 640 MB have been downloaded, and checksum verification is in progress. The file will remain unavailable through **Open package** until its checksum has been compared with the release manifest.
>
> You do not need to download it again while this check runs.
>
> Please leave the verification task active. Its result will identify whether the file matches the manifest or requires another download.

### FY00 - Information: delivery is deliberately paced

> The courier is proceeding at the agreed pace, rather than crowding the recipient's doorway.
>
> Notifications are being delivered at the configured limit of 60 per minute. Of 420 notifications, 180 have been accepted by the receiving service and 240 remain queued.
>
> This pacing is expected and is not a stalled delivery.
>
> You may inspect **Delivery progress** or pause future dispatches. Pausing will not withdraw notifications already accepted by the recipient.

### FZ00 - Information: a read replica is slightly behind

> The local reading copy is following the main record, with a small interval between them.
>
> This view uses replica `read-eu-2`, whose latest applied update is 12 seconds behind the primary database. A recently saved change may therefore be absent from this view for the moment.
>
> Please choose **Read from primary** if you need the latest committed state immediately.
>
> Otherwise, the view will refresh using the replica as it receives further updates.

### GA00 - Information: the device clock differs from the server clock

> The two clocks are keeping different accounts of the hour.
>
> This device's clock is approximately four minutes ahead of the server time measured during the latest check. Activity records are ordered by server timestamps, while some local displays use your device clock.
>
> This may make a newly recorded event appear older than expected.
>
> Please review your device's automatic date and time settings. The underlying server timestamps will not be rewritten when you correct the local clock.

### GB00 - Information: a chart uses a sample

> A representative company has been invited to the chart; the entire population has not yet been assembled.
>
> This preview uses a reproducible sample of 10,000 rows from a dataset containing 2.6 million rows. The sample seed is `1842`, and the active filters were applied before sampling.
>
> Summary values describe the sample, not exact totals for the full dataset.
>
> Please choose **Calculate full results** before using the chart for an exact count or published total.

### GC00 - Information: selection applies only to the current page

> The present selection extends to the company visible on this page.
>
> All 50 displayed records are selected. The search contains 1,840 matching records across all pages; the remaining 1,790 are not selected.
>
> Any bulk action you start now will apply to these 50 records.
>
> Please choose **Select all 1,840 matching records** if you intend the wider scope. The confirmation for the action will repeat the final count before making changes.

### GD00 - Information: a cost preview is an estimate

> The figures below are an estimate for your consideration, not a charge presented for settlement.
>
> At the selected rate and projected usage, this job is estimated to cost `<estimated_total>`. The estimate assumes `<usage_quantity>` units and excludes the adjustments listed in the breakdown.
>
> No job has started and no payment has been submitted.
>
> Please revise the quantity or resource choices to compare alternatives. **Continue to review** shows the execution settings before you authorise the run.

### GE00 - Information: an assisted draft needs human review

> A proposed wording has been prepared, and it awaits the judgement of its author.
>
> The draft was generated from the selected notes and the tone instructions shown below. It has not been sent, published or checked against sources outside those notes.
>
> Please review names, dates, commitments and any factual claims before using it.
>
> Choose **Edit draft** to revise the text, or **Insert into document** to place it in your working copy. Inserting it does not publish the document.

### GF00 - Information: line endings were normalised

> The document has adopted the project's house convention for line endings.
>
> On save, CRLF line endings were converted to LF, as required by the repository settings. The saved text was compared before and after conversion; no other character changes were introduced by this normalisation.
>
> A line-based diff may nevertheless show a broad change if it does not account for line endings.
>
> Please enable **Ignore line-ending differences** when reviewing the content changes separately.

### GG00 - Information: an attachment is awaiting a security check

> The attachment is receiving the customary inspection before admission.
>
> File `supplier-pack.zip`, 18 MB, has been uploaded and is awaiting the workspace's security scan. It is not yet available for other members to download.
>
> No assessment result is available at this stage.
>
> You may continue composing the message, but sending with this attachment remains unavailable until the scan finishes. **View attachment status** will show the result and any next step required.

### GH00 - Information: search follows the viewer's access rights

> The catalogue has been consulted within the boundaries of your present access.
>
> Search results include only documents your account is permitted to read. A document shared with another team may therefore be absent even if its title matches your query.
>
> The search does not disclose the names of inaccessible documents.
>
> If you expected a particular item, please check its link or ask its owner to review your access. Broadening the search text will not expand your permissions.

### GI00 - Information: a workspace is using a test environment

> You are presently rehearsing in the practice rooms.
>
> This workspace is connected to the payment provider's test environment. Transactions created here use test credentials and do not create live charges. Test activity is stored separately from the production activity view.
>
> Please use the provider's designated test payment details.
>
> When you are ready for live operation, open **Environment settings** and review the production connection. Switching environments requires a separate confirmation.

### GJ00 - Information: a long task has reached a checkpoint

> A suitable stopping place has been recorded, should you wish to rest the machinery.
>
> Processing has completed through item 12,400, and checkpoint `CP-620` has been saved. Work after that checkpoint is still in progress.
>
> Choosing **Pause at next checkpoint** lets the current batch finish before pausing. Resuming will continue after the last completed checkpoint rather than repeat the whole job.
>
> Please keep the source dataset unchanged between pause and resume, or begin a new run for the revised dataset.

### GK00 - Information: a format will be retired

*Not published: Repeats the published ext002 deprecation notice: a format withdrawn on a stated date, a named replacement, and existing items unaffected until then.*

> Advance notice is offered so that this change may be met with preparation rather than surprise.
>
> Import format `Legacy XML v1` remains supported until `<retirement_date>`. After that date, new imports must use `XML v2` or CSV. Existing imported records will remain available.
>
> Please use **Convert sample file** to inspect the new format and update any scheduled producers before the retirement date.
>
> **View affected imports** lists the jobs that have recently supplied the older format.

### GL00 - Information: display units differ from stored units

> The measurements have been translated for display; their underlying record has not changed.
>
> This view shows distances in miles, rounded to one decimal place. The dataset stores distances in metres at its original precision. Editing a displayed distance converts the entered value back to metres before saving.
>
> Please select **Show stored values** when exact comparisons are required.
>
> You can change the display unit without rewriting existing measurements.

### GM00 - Information: an automatic archive policy is approaching its first run

> The new filing arrangement is scheduled to begin its duties at `<first_run_at>`.
>
> The policy will archive completed tasks that have had no activity for 180 days. Its current preview identifies 312 matching tasks. Archived tasks remain searchable but leave the active task boards.
>
> No tasks have been archived by this policy yet.
>
> Please inspect **Preview matching tasks** or add exclusions before the first run. The matching set may change as task activity changes.

### GN00 - Information: a feature is available to a limited audience

> A new facility is open for a small initial company.
>
> The revised dashboard is enabled for the 12 members of the `Pilot` group. Other workspace members continue to see the existing dashboard. Both views use the same saved project data.
>
> Pilot members can return to the existing view through **Switch dashboard**.
>
> Please use **Manage pilot group** to adjust participation. Expanding the group changes who can use the interface; it does not create another copy of the project data.

### GO00 - Information: items are temporarily reserved

> The selected items are being held while you consider the final particulars.
>
> Three items in this order are reserved until `<reservation_expires_at>`. The reservation prevents those units from being allocated to another order during that interval.
>
> No payment has been taken. If the reservation expires, availability will be checked again before purchase.
>
> Please complete the order before the stated time, or choose **Release reservation** if you no longer need the items held.

### GP00 - Information: manual intervention is needed between printing stages

> The printer has completed the first half of its commission and requests a small assistance with the paper.
>
> The front sides of six sheets have printed. This printer uses manual duplex mode, so the same sheets must now be returned to the input tray in the orientation shown in the diagram.
>
> Please follow that orientation carefully, then select **Print reverse sides**.
>
> **Cancel remaining pages** stops the second stage; it does not alter the sheets already printed.

### GQ00 - Information: an alternative presentation is available

> The information is available in another form, should that make its acquaintance easier.
>
> This chart has an accompanying data table containing the same categories, values and active filters. The table supports keyboard navigation and can be downloaded as CSV.
>
> Switching to the table does not change the underlying selection or the report's saved data.
>
> Please choose **View data table** to inspect the figures directly, or remain with the chart if the visual comparison is more useful.

### GR00 - Information: an approval is limited to a particular operation

> Your approval has been recorded with a deliberately narrow appointment.
>
> Approval `APR-318` applies to deploying version `2.9.0` to `staging-eu` before `<approval_expires_at>`. It does not authorise another version, another environment or a later deployment after expiry.
>
> The deployment has not started.
>
> Please select **Start approved deployment** while those particulars still match your intention. Changing them will prepare a new review rather than silently extending this approval.
